People were waiting. Waiting to hear about their home loan. Waiting to hear about their investment updates. Waiting to hear if they got the job. Emprise Bank wanted to shorten those wait times while maintaining their high service levels.

Service is a focal-point of everything that Emprise does. But as Dillon Engelbrecht, Emprise Bank’s Payroll Specialist explains, even with all that recognition they still saw areas for improvement.

"We wanted to alleviate a somewhat time consuming task from our HR Operations team,” Engelbrecht said. He continued “That team administers, among other things, compensation and benefits. We had to figure out a way they could manage the completion of all of the forms in the verification process more efficiently. Many of the forms they deal with are faxed or emailed and that creates issues. Issues with time and records management."

"We knew that there had to be a way to transition that process," Engelbrecht added.

A Verification Solution

Engelbrecht discussed his concerns with Emprise’s HRIS/payroll provider UKG. They suggested that Emprise partner with VerificationManager. VerificationManager could streamline the VOE and VOI processes and help maintain records in a secure, searchable format.

A Timely Impact on VOE and VOI

"We still receive lots of verification requests," Engelbrecht explained, "so we have to forward those on to the verification team and explain to our associates the process. Doing that still takes time, but we have templates we send out so it takes less time than checking for authorization, filling it out, sending it back, and imaging to employee files."

Results
